It takes a lot of time to encode movies, it would be much faster if you just figure out how to watch MKV and use RAR files which is very easy thing to do. To watch MKV files go here. Download and install and you will be able to watch all movies. RAR files is when a file is split because the file is too big, all you need to do is download and install WINRAR. (Look in my signature for link). Both programs are free and when you have them you won't have the problems you are having.
i don't have access to the main account on my computer so it's hard for me to download a program and for it to function properly. i guess if you have time can you do the encoding of the movie? if not, then it's ok. thank you so much for the help. =)
