Why? Quite a lot of actors back then took part in cat III movies. Most of them not that popular back then and didn't really have a status to protect.
Well no, I didn't mean because Power was in a Cat3 movie, but rather him playing a serial killer. He just doesn't seem to fit the image. Yes, I know lot's of mainstream HK actors have Cat3 soft core porn histories. But insofar as the best serial killer out of them all, IMHO it was Anthony Wong. His best line however was "I want the nurse to take my temperature too..." (if you remember that movie you'll know exactly what I mean, LOL...)

Oh and if you missed the reference: Spoiler: Anthony Wong was is a Cat3 movie ...where he walks in to a medical service and witnesses a nurse tell a waiting patient that she needed to "take his temperature" and then proceeds to perform oral sex on him; Wong then walks into the doctor's office and tells, the doctor, that he wanted to have the nurse take his temperature too, LOL...
