Cast: Timmy Ho Bo Sang 何寶生, Nadia Chan 陳松齡, Law Lok Lam 羅樂林, Li Yiu King 李耀敬, Noel Leung 梁小冰 Description: This series takes place during the Ching dynasty. Ho Chung (Timmy Ho Bo Seng) is a kindhearted person who has a natural ability to predict upcoming events. He and his neighbor, Lim Fa Gei (Nnadia) always argued with each other in the beginning of the series. Fa Gei is very good at the study of geomancy (the study of the earth formation and how it affects one individual or one nation -- basically feng shui), and she uses her skill to help many people to prevent catastrophe. Fa Gei is the only daughter of an officer in the palace who is an expert at geomancy (Law Lok Lum). However, her father didn't live with her and let her grow up with her adopted father instead in a small village. The reason for that was because Fa Gei's fate was said to be a harsh one that would oppose those of her parents. Then when Fa Gei turned eighteen, her father came to pick her up to go live with him in the palace because her harsh fate was predicted that to be "resolved" on her eighteenth birthday. Fa Gei talked her father into taking Ho Chung to be his student, and the old man did ended up doing that. So then together, Fa Gei, her father, and Ho Chung all headed to the palace. Ho Chung and Fa Gei lived in the same place in the palace and during this period of time, they got to know more about each other and became good friends, then eventually lovers. Watched this series long ago, love Timmy and Nnadia, I think this series is the first series that they pair together, love them in the modern series with Wayne Lai as well.
