Sau Ying, however, is less than enthusiastic about Ho Yin's overtures as she already has a boyfriend (Cheng Zi Shing), and is uneasy about the rumors of a ghost in the theater. Sure enough, Sau Ying and Ho Yin soon encounter a female ghost (Kingdom Yuen), who fortunately turns out to be quite harmless, if a bit melodramatic. With the help of the "loving spirit", Ho Yin not only strengthens his relationship with Sau Ying, he also discovers a shocking family secret.
