Cast Gordon Lam Maggie Cheung Cheung Ching Mak Louisa So Yuen Wah Summary Plain Love II is centered around two friends - Um Chun Chai and Ah Ngau, played by Lam Ka Tung and Mak Cheung Ching respectively. Under different circumstances, both end up working in a tea farm owned by the Sung family, but through various misunderstandings caused by the villain Shek Chun (Lee Ka Shing) and their fight for the love of a woman Poon Moon Nga (Cheung Ho Yee, Maggie), the two become enemies. Mak, to gain more power in the tea farm, marries the daughter of the head of the Sung family (So Yuk Wah). Lam, trying to avoid further conflict with Mak, leaves the Sung tea farm and establishes a smaller one for his own. However, eventually Lam and Mak become friends again, and they join the whole village to fight off the people who are growing opium and destroying the tea farms.
