For the English subtitles. Unrar the file 'bien-xvid-kidnap-subs.rar' that came with the download, preferably within the main folder. If the media player has'nt already automatically detected the subtitle files then either load the extracted idx or sub file into the media player. Find the subtitle menu from within the media player, from a sub-menu proceed to either select the Chinese or English subtitles.

It says in the lower right hand corner that the Hong Kong title is what you just said. The title displayed i would assume is the mainland + greater asia title.
