定一與四兩，一個是富家太太阿大所生，另一個則是傭人阿綺所生，他們雖是同父異母的親兄弟，但二人命途懸殊。阿綺兩母子被趕出家門，幸得算命師傅收留。羅四兩自小逢賭必勝，生活無憂。反觀羅老爺一家，自定一出生後，頭頭碰著黑，最後弄至家破人亡，定一淪為孤兒，由阿綺收留。後來，四兩和定一更換轉名字，但二人將於三十歲後命途逆轉。大限將至，定一威脅四兩賭命借運，他們以生命作賭注決戰一局，究竟「賭俠」誰屬。
Two brothers, Yat and Leung, with different mothers can have different destiny. After Leung and his mother being expelled from the family, they are housed by a fortune teller. Leung is a lucky guy and brings a good fortune to his mother. On the other side, Yat's presence poses a tragic threat to his family. Eventually, Yat's parents died and Leung's mother decides to raise Yat and the two boys exchange their names. However, their lives will turn upside down when they reach the age of thirty. The only way Yat can retain his luck is to overtake all the good luck from Leung...
