my apologies, i was mistaken. i just checked the TVB website and in fact they aired 2 episodes of Duke Of Mount Deer tonight (think it was the finale) so they did not air EU episode 15. i believe EU will continue on Monday as well as the start of the Winter Melon Tale aka 大冬瓜, which is is replacing Duke Of Mount Deer as TVB's second-line series.
