As requested by An1mA.... p/s : what noasian said is true..use the rmvb to convert to avi coz the quality of rmvb is much more better than the avi format..have a try on both of them and then u'll see the differences..
Well I download the rvmb version for my mom because she watch it at our big tv and avi for my dad at work who dont really cares abot the quality. Also his dvd player cant play rvmb and avi does. But why all the trouble to convert the rvmb to avi. When there are avi torrents =) And some weeks ago I tried to convert rmvb to avi. But none of the programs I used including winavi recongised the rvmb sadly -..- why the trouble? the reason to get rmvb to convert to avi is because is FASTER than having 2 torrents, each file should consume about 1 hour from bt to your computer but ddl will take you 20 mins or less i always convert the rmvb with winavi and i have no problems over the last couple years (besides why the trouble of requesting members to post for you & 5 others) - noasian
where can we get the WinAVI program? tjhe ones i get alwayus have that weird watermark and those words after you convert to AVI. Is there a better version where its converted perfectly to AVI? because you got the trial version of it, you will need to find your own crack if you want the watermark to go away.
To convert from rmvb to avi, I've had great success with the VirtualDubMod method here: http://www.jakeludington.com/dv_hacks/20051210_how_to_convert_rmvb.html Just skip the step regarding Real Alternative. For viewing rmvb files on Windows Media Center, I use the Vista Codec Pack which already takes care of it.

I just burned 2 episodes onto a cd but my dvd won't play them. Is there a reason why they won't work? I don't want to watch the show on my pc. -down none of the standalone players will play RMVB formats, you will need to change to MPEG format - noasian
