You Hdzone is the main source for all TVB series. What one can say is everything related to TVB comes from that website. Once it is shut down, most of the a affiliate websites, which have to depend on it, will suffer a great loss. And hence, the best thing to do is to create a systematic approach to deal with this sh*t and cut down the risk of being tracked down. That's, a invitation registration, like other Chinese websites, which now is really effective. What it means is that once the admins think that his or her websites have enough members, they just shut it off. Maybe not shut it off, but shut off the registration. For those who really wanna register, they must have a referral. That means, an invitation number that is given from the website to the member who has already been in that website for a while. This won't do harm to the website because the person you refer must be your friend or your relative, who is not the member of the TVB and therefore it is safe. We really need to think of a way to deal with this. The reason why HDzone has to be forced to get rid of all the TVB material is because the website has endorsed itself. It is too well-known and though only BT download, it has no restrictions and hence some bad eggs or bad apples or even somebody who is employed by TVB, once they track it down, they report to TVB and therefore, the website has to do what the damn TVB asked or requested. Otherwise, action will be taken.
I agree with this assessment. There are examples of this in torrent communities. Some of them are invite only, and some have registrations for a day only. Examples include Demonoid and the now-shut-down Oink. Some adult torrent communities also follow this kind of rule.
