how am i starting or getting involved in this fight, i was just stating that guy was flaming another user and should be banned for it. i added NOTHING TO IT and STATING THE OBVIOUS, sheesh- read, understand and then comment. but if i offended anyone by stating the OBVIOUS, then SORRY! -surr btw, did i say lets enjoy the show? can't wait for 36 on monday! i think a dvd version has better quality while the ddl link is a recorded off the tv(via a tv recorder) and then uploaded to the web for us to download. dvd version should be bigger in size and better in quality.
Its DVD ripped..not VCD as stated above, the DVD version is the better quality but VCD is not.. but still better than nothing -^_^
DVD version means that the episode was ripped from a DVD and then converted into a torrent and has a better quality than TV ripped version. TV version is ripped from the TV and then converted into a torrent, while DDL means Direct Download, kinda like a download link in which you are able to click and download from, they convert the episode into a link for you to download instead of using a torrent which will save you much more time because its faster and efficient! (hope you understand) -^_^

i doubt this is true dvd-rip, since i have only posted 第6感's 歲月風雲 EP25-30 genuine dvd-rips, and there hasn't been any new updates from EP31- current, so beware...if is true dvd-rips, one should be able to spot the 'SIN' on the top right corner;
Surely TVB distrubute Rental DVD's world wide, I'm guessing the "SIN" indicates Singapore, I've seen other rips with "US" in the corner. But proceed with caution on those DVD Rips I guess for now until someone verifies the quality of them.
DVD Version does not mean its better than TV-rip Version. If u have the DVD but donno how to convert, it will affect the core of the audio and video. So wats the point of having DVD version when the video and audio does not match?? I have download so many series from HD Zone, there is not once they have such a problem. So I believe, even TV-rip can be better than DVD version if u know how to do it correctly.
none of my posted dvd-rip verions have that problem either...think about it, if the source is in high quality and u rip it out, u will still get a much better quality compared to if the source has lower quality... that goes the same with when publishing a book, the pic/photo has to be in high quality, like 300 dpi or above (and you can resize it to smaller if you want) but u can't get a pic that is 72 or 150 dpi and the same quality after u resize it....so the source is really important...source (higher quality the better is key) you might not see the difference on your monitor screen but once you convert into vob (dvd player file format) and play it on the tv, the picture quality will be more pixelized from a tv-rip compared to dvd-rip
