lol i dont think that was fair to him/her, he was just asking a question and i dont' care what anyone has to say about my comment, its my own opinion. and also...as a admin, u have to look into why people are asking for episode 21 in the first....episodes have been released earlier than they should of...and u cant demote someone or penalize someone just because they asked a question ...and only a simple question.
i agree with this. Talking about spamming this and that, they havent realize that by warning other pplz or wateva, they're also spamming. About 60 percent of the thread is PA members warning and shit. im sry but, i have to point this out. 1 little question doesnt hurt. but of course, u cant blame them. They're PAs; and some pplz r just annoying that they cant wait even 1 day. So no right to blame them.

i don't agree with this...for a number of reasons - 1...he/she didn't read before posting - 2...it has already been uploaded, n still ask a stupid question - 3...there has been 1 hr in between posted EP21 DDL link and the question - 4...like what b-lee said "PA members who keep demanding download links are annoying and wasting thread space" - 5...no need to ask question since ppl will be able to dl whenever the time comes, what is the point of asking? - 6...want to watch then WAIT, if not, then LEAVE ALL USERS SHOULD CHECK/SEARCH PREVIOUS POSTS BEFORE ASKING FOR DDLs FOR OTHER EPISODES!!!
The user was asking someone to upload episode 21. Which means they are requesting/demanding/asking someone to upload the episode when i clearly stated NOT to do this. The user did not read my post or did not care for it thus a ban from DL section happened. They will have to go through the screening process again which usually takes a few days - 1 week. Asking someone to post a DDL for an episode that just came out is spam. Uploaders will upload when they want, it is not their job. Stop asking and wait. These TVB threads are getting too BIG with too many unnecessary posts and I am here to fix the problem. Thanks Will be demoted to regular user if post does not change in 20mins.
well i guess he or she might have missed the link? its not a mistake to misread a post or two. and he or she might not have good reading skills. ok then..out of all the people that ever asked...and spammed wen episodes come out...how come he is the only one that gets penalized? tell me that...that isnt fair to him.

then you should just tell him on pm that hes demoted...no need to posts in forum. i know a lot of people will think like me..cuz they noe its unfair..ok im done with this =) and btw..no one has ever been demoted....there has always been posts by admins stating not to spam about episodes..no admin has ever demoted anyone and like i said....recently episodes been comin out fast..so u cant blame him for asking...he might have missed the link above (the link that he was asking for)..or he wouldnt have asked in the first place. i hope u can change back his status. thanks.
I try to be fair and I do believe I am. I've already PM'd the user beforehand telling them they were demoted and the steps on how to get Download priviledges back. You must understand I don't ban and demote because I like to but it has to be done to keep order within PA. If you still think it's unfair it's fine, that is your opinion. But from my eyes I am being perfectly fair. I post in the forum to warn other members. It's a way to show that I really am enforcing what I say. Thank you for your concern though. I'm happy members voice their opinion. If you (or anyone) have any more questions please PM me or post in site contest info section. Yes.. moderators and admins have posted not to spam about episodes but sadly members do not listen. I'm not blaming anyone. I'm just enforcing what I said I will do. and sorry I will not change his status back. Your friend (i assume) must go through the screening process and PM me an application before he will be able to view the download section.

i've been reading the past few PAGES and its getting so stupid. PEOPLE, STOP ASKING FOR WHATEVER EPISODE BECAUSE YOU WILL SEE IT IF IT COMES OUT. seriously, the more u ask, the more ppl are going to ignore you. i understnd that u want to know what happens next in the series but im sure we all do too. just be patient. this has been said SO many times. not only are u wasting your own energy by typing and asking for the episode, but yur wasting other ppl's energy to search thru the pages and look for the posts with the links. so let's all just play along nicely =)
dragon's a MOD...he can not over rule the decision by an admin. Consider your friend unlucky and he's made an example for whoever whines about uploads here on PA.
