Er... No offense, but Cantonese is in fact, Chinese too; one of several well recognized dialects. The Matroska Media Container (ie. MKV format) is probably one of the best multimedia warp around softwares out there. It allows the maker of the file to incorporate and include a plethora of video, sound, and subtitles tracks into a single package; hence it is given a nickname of Container. In fact, I've seen many multi-language movies packed with seven or eight different audio track, with as many different subtitles. When playing the file, one only has to select the one that one needs to see, hear or read. Like the poster stated in the original listing, there are two separate individually distinct audio tracks included in this file, Cantonese and Mandarin, along with four subtitle tracks (see first photo). In this case then, not being able to find a particular audio track during playback is entirely the downloader's problem (see second photo). Pardon me for saying so, but asking for an additional 'Cantonese version' to be uploaded (like you're doing) is IMHO, like buying a television and bringing it back because it was set on channel 2 and the buyer wanted to see a show on channel 5. You can see where I'm going with this; most people would think that television buyer to be a complete idiot. Tracks listing as viewed by MKV Extract v2.2.2.9 Audio Tracks listing in Player Software Menu, VLC Player v2.04 Note, in the second photograph, one can clearly see that Cantonese audio is a selectable choice, written in both English and Chinese text. That's why it's important to fully read the FAQ for the player software that you're using; you'll be able to "switch" it too, to the perfectly good Cantonese audio file within the MKV container.
Just to correct. She is a in school to be a doctor. She wants to earn $4 million rmb to open a clinic when she gets her degree. with that kind a money.. she can retire. the news article states she is a model as well. I guess that's a thought, dream, or goal, I'm not sure if she is going to proceed with it in the end. I guess she will be busy with patients if she starts her clinic.
